此法是以雷射照射於粉末,被雷射照射之處粉末與粉末黏結成型,一層完成之後再照射下一層直到工件完成;另一種為使用噴嘴噴射粉末黏著劑使得粉末顆粒產生鍵結,並藉由添加黏著劑以增如粉末間的鍵結力量。

SLS) Selective Laser Sintering
ARRK's Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) service enables the supply of tough, durable prototypes in 2-5 days from acceptance of CAD data. Built in Duraform polyamide, SLS prototypes are particularly suited to functional testing in rigorous environments including high temperatures. Such material properties are normally only achievable within 10 days in polyurethane, using tooling created from a StereoLithography master. The minimum recommended wall thickness for an SLS prototype is 0.025mm - 0.56mm, with little or no finishing required. ARRK also offer a Glass Filled Nylon material which is ideal for producing Architectural type models and given our capacity in this area a fast turnaround can be achieved.
